We are a small organisation dedicated to telling you the truth about any property you may be interested in. We operate within a radius of 150 kilometres of Chef Boutonne, in the beautiful,sunny Poitou Charente.
It is both frustrating and costly to get to France to view a house only to find that it is not as described, or a vital piece of infromation has been omitted. We know it has happened to us.. 1st vue was born to save you this cost and frustration
We will visit the house on your behalf and give you our impressions of it's location,condition, and what we believe would be a fair price for it. We will send you a report with photographs showing the property warts and all. So that you can make an informed decision as to whether it is worth inspecting yourself. This will save you a lot of time ,money and heartache, We know from personal experience, which is why 1stVUE was created.
We are not surveyors,but we have more than 40 years experience in the market both in the UK and France and can help you avoid expensive pitfalls.
